As the Head of M&A at Varria, Clare is responsible for overseeing all mergers and acquisition activities within the organisation. Clare works closely with various stakeholders, including the M&A Committee, legal teams, and financial evaluators, to ensure that each transaction aligns with the company’s goals and complies with regulations.

Clare also works collaboratively with various internal departments, such as finance, compliance, marketing and communications along with operations, to ensure a smooth transition and integration for all incoming team members and shareholders.

Clare is Company Secretary and works with the Board and Shareholders to ensure clear communication between all parties.

Clare has been with Varria since 2008 and is a shareholder.
