Megan joined the Varria team in 2023 and as National Operations Manager she is focused on implementing industry best processes throughout the business. Megan oversees compliance, Human Resources, IT, policy and procedure.

Megan has worked in Financial Services since 2014 and has held roles in advising, auditing, coaching and strategic account management. Megan’s extensive experience and knowledge of the industry is an invaluable asset to the business.

When Megan is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her wife and two boys, going to the gym and cooking.
